Nestling in a green and tranquil valley in the beautiful foothills of the majestic French Pyrenees. It is surrounded by wooded hills, with wild-flower meadows around a small lake in front of the chateau.

In between yoga classes, you can chill-out on the terrace loungers, laze in the hammocks, swim in the lake, walk in the wild flower meadows and enjoy the charm of traditional French country living .... magnificent scenery, sunshine, local organic food and delicious wines! Just the place for a relaxing and de-stressing yoga holiday.


Apr26024.JPG (205976 bytes)Yoga Classes are held twice daily and are suitable for all levels, from experts to beginners. The morning yoga class is held in the chateau and the afternoon class is in a cool stone-built barn.

Meditation sessions are twice a week in the evening to help you unwind and de-stress.

During your holiday, spoil yourself with a range of beneficial holistic treatments;  massage, reflexology and reiki. You deserve it!

Spring cottage has 3 en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and terrace.

 The Grange has 7 en suite bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, lounge, balcony for al fresco dinning and terrace with shading pergola.
